The administrator of the personal data is Nowa Itaka sp. z o.o., with its registered office in: 45 – 072 Opole, ul. Reymonta 39, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Opole, 8th Division of the National Court Register under No. 0000002269, Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP) 754-26-86-316, Polish National Business Register Number (REGON) 532179139, share capital PLN 3,315,000, phone no. 77 5412 202, email address: info@itaka.pl 2. Contact concerning personal data can be made by email to daneklienta@itaka.pl 3. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of: a) performance of the service of access to the Customer Zone (legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 (b) of the Regulation); b) financial clearance and accounting reporting (legal basis: Article 6 sec. 1(c) of the Regulation), e.g.: for the purpose of using the functionality of the Customer Zone such as issuance of a trip invoice or ordering of a prize in a loyalty program; c) verification of the identity of the person using the Customer Zone (legal basis: Article 6 sec. 1(c) of the Regulation); d) determining, asserting and defending claims, as a rule up to 10 years due to the binding statute of limitations of claims (legal basis: art. 118 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code). 4. Your personal data will be processed within the following scope: a) first (and middle) name, surname, email address, phone number; b) in addition, data may be processed to identify the device you are using for the purpose of use of websites and mobile applications offered by Nowa Itaka sp. z o.o., such as your IP address and MAC address. 5. Personal data will be made available to other recipients, including contractors providing services for Nowa Itaka Sp. z o.o. on the basis of concluded agreements, to the minimum extent necessary for the performance of services and legal requirements. 6. Your data will be stored/processed until the consent for its processing for that purpose has been withdrawn. 7. You have the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation), to rectify it (Article 16 of the Regulation), to transfer it (Article 20 of the Regulation) and, in addition, in the cases specified in the Regulation, to delete it (Article 17 of the Regulation) and to restrict its processing (Article 18 of the Regulation). 8. In accordance with Article 21 of the Regulation, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. In the event of an objection filed before or during the performance of the contract, the submission shall be associated with the inability to provide part of/all the services under the contract and may be treated as a termination of the contract. 9. In cases where processing is based on a consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1) let. a) of the Regulation), you have the right to withdraw this consent. 10. In the case of finding that your personal data is processed in breach of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e. until 25 May 2018 with the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data and after that date with the successor authority).
